  To ensure the longevity of the cookware, please avoid using pointed, sharp or scratchy objects when cooking and frying. Always clean your cookware by hand – washing it in the dishwasher several times can damage the coating. Damage to the coating impairs the non-stick function and makes the cookware unusable.
